Job Description
The Carson City Farmers Insurance District Office is looking for highly-motivated individuals to mentor into successful Farmers agents/agency owners. We are now accepting candidates for Farmers Retail Agency and Protégé Programs. You'll receive top-rated training via the University of Farmers and get phenomenal support and guidance from our District Manager and staff.
Step 1: Choose your career path
- Protégé Program – Associate Agent: Mentor under the Carson City District Office to learn the ins-and-outs of running an insurance agency. As a Protégé Associate Insurance Agent, you will learn sales, marketing, and customer service strategies as well as our list of products and services. Upon completion of the program, you may have the opportunity to become an Agency Owner.
- Retail Agency Ownership Program: Like a franchise, you start with a branded office location and staff. Extensive training and support is provided throughout the process. Aggressive bonuses available, based on sales performance. Benefits include start up bonuses, residual income, contract value and more. Minimum of $50,000 investable assets required.
