Job Description
Mana Culture is currently looking for candidates with a team mentality, who are outgoing, and are obsessed with fashion!
Our ideal candidate excels at product knowledge, creates a warm and inviting space for customers, and enjoys styling and recommending items to customers. This is someone who is available to work weekends and nights with the ability to grow with Mana Culture and obtain more hours.
***This position requires a flexible schedule with mandatory weekend and night availability. (Saturdays & Sundays)
Responsibilities:
- Follow store policies and daily duties
- Must be a great conversationalist and have an understanding of current fashion trends
- Reach and exceed performance goals
- Maintain merchandising and display standards in the store and ensuring that merchandise is stocked at all times
- Provide feedback to manager regarding merchandise performance in store
- Knowledge of Mana Culture and brands preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years retail experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Manage a register and keep a balanced drawer.
