Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Google+, Gmail, Googledocs, Googlesheets
- Customer Service Experience
- Multi-Lined Telephone Experience
- Detail Oriented
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Experience using online Marketing Tools (including but not limited to): Craigslist, Facebook, Instagram, 5 Mile, Offer Up and Pinterest Smiling Face,

Daily Job Duties Include:
- Answering/Handling Incoming, Multiple-Lined Telephones (heavy call volume)
- Helping Customers place orders online
- Assist customers in choosing which furniture pieces are right for them and fit their needs
- Shipping quotes
- Scheduling routed deliveries
- Insuring all financial information is true to that customer, I.E. preventing fraudulent orders
- Placing orders with multiple furniture manufacturers
- Posting to Online Marketing Platforms
- Assisting Walk-In customers view merchandise and place orders
- Up-selling merchandise
- Using Progressive Financing & Synchrony Financing & Layaway to place orders for customers
