Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced cook for our established award-winning restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations.
- Experience is key.The perfect candidate would have graduated from an accredited Culinary School.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in leading a comparable establishment's pastry department.
- This is a high volume, scratch bakery position that requires unprecedented attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional time management.
- We are looking for a leader with great organizational skills and with in depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition.
- This position is 5 - 6 days a week usually 9am to 1pm, but may vary.
