Salinas Valley Ford Lincoln is a family owned dealership searching for Internet Sales Consultants to join our sales team. We are a high volume established dealership that is currently seeking 10 professionals to join our progressive sales team to sell both New and Used Cars & Trucks.

We are searching for someone who is outgoing, ambitious, energetic, & creative. Prior auto sales experienced preferred but not necessary. We offer an excellent pay plan and great benefits in a stable dealership environment with a flexible schedule.

The job responsibilities will include: contacting leads by phone or email to assist them with their purchase, persuading the customer to book an appointment, scheduling appointments for customer to come in and look at their options as well as connect them to a sales representative, continually following up with all leads to let them know which cars are available; and, most of all, represent the dealership with excellent service and customer care.

This position will directly affect the dealership's goals and objectives', so being motivated is a must and rewarded for it!
