Job Description
We are seeking a General/Dining Room Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in the restaurant, including appearance, presentation, guest experience and professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of the FOH.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of professional front of house staff
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage with wine and spirits knowledge, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required
