Job Description

We are seeking a General/Dining Room Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in the restaurant, including appearance, presentation, guest experience and professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of the FOH.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of professional front of house staff
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage with wine and spirits knowledge, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required
