Provides administrative and secretarial support to Manager(s) of Distribution Center Loss Prevention, and/or Manager of Supply Chain Investigations and Manager of Shipping Center Loss Prevention. Compiles and distributes critical DC information and is utilized as support for other DC LP Assistants as needed. Maintains separate systems for each position. Ensures accurate record keeping for expenses, payroll, benefits, reviews, investigations and audits. Organizes and maintains office and filing systems, maintains calendars and prepares correspondence. Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Provides DC Loss Prevention administrative and organizational support for multiple buildings for the appropriate Manager of DC Loss Prevention. Maintains critical day to day information and communicates information to the senior managers who are in the field. Maintains schedules for Managers of DC Loss Prevention. Supports the DC Loss Prevention Department in all correspondence and reporting. Ensures that critical files and investigation files are maintained and kept confidential. Sorts, opens and distributes mail.

Creates PO’s and orders all supplies for the Loss Prevention Department. Creates capital PO’s and maintains capital expense records. Collects, processes and reconciles invoices. Arranges travel and submits/verifies travel reimbursement for all Loss Prevention staff as needed. Follows up with store issues as needed.

Performs special projects as necessary. May assist with DCLP/Shipping Center/Supply Chain related programs and meetings such as: Shrink Committee, Store Service Team, Right On Programs, Specialist of the Quarter, Quarterly Staff meetings, Succession Planning/ Calibrations, analytics, etc.
