Our Vision for this Role
In this role as a Business Analyst III, you will be joining our North American Supply Chain Solution Delivery team. You will be a lead in defining, designing, building, testing and delivering the Manhattan Associates Open Systems Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) applications in conjunction with their Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Distributed/Enterprise Order Management Systems (DOM/EOM).
The Skills that will Make You Successful
You will be providing business analyst skills to a large-scale supply chain and logistics implementation of Manhattan products across multiple sites. Using knowledge of industry best practices and business analysis skills, you will help plan, analyze and define leading solutions to our rapidly growing North American and Canadian divisions including Marshalls, Homegoods, TJMaxx, and Winners.

The Skills that will Make You Successful
- Manhattan Associates Systems Experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of solution development life cycle methodology and appropriate techniques, including waterfall, agile, prototyping, and package enable configurations
- Experience working on projects and meeting project compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze complex multi-divisional requirements, seeking to optimize unique vs. shared solutions appropriately
- Proven knowledge and experience with leading packaged supply chain solutions, specifically warehouse management, labor management, and transportation management solutions
- Ability to define and drive requirements, testing, end user satisfaction and acceptance
- Strong organizational, presentation, and business partnering skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior and line level business clients regarding project scope, status, options and change management
- Ability to plan and manage the work of business analyst and/or testing resources on large initiatives
- Strong understanding of IT regulations including SOX, PCI and privacy laws, security methodologies, controls and access.
- Waterfall and Agile project planning experience
- 4+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of supply chain/operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired
