Heavy equipment operator needed for local log yard, needed to unload/ load piling trucks.
Applicant must have at least 5 years’ experience with a knuckle boom used to unload log trucks and a front end loader used to merchandise logs as well as load piling trucks.
Responsibilities
- Stack and palletize processed material
- 5 years’ experience with heavy equipment relating to log yards (Knuckle boom, Front end loader, fork lift etc)
- Perform pre-use safety checks on equipment and tools
- Fuel and maintain, in good condition equipment and tools
- Follow safety procedures and properly use safety equipment
