What You’ll Do:

·         Assist residents with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care

·         Supervise, order, document and distribute medication as allowed by the state

·         Complete progress reports for assisted living and garden house residents daily and document all services provided

·         Assure medications coincide with physician orders, manage medications, and log all medications

·         Communicate and document communication with all necessary parties

What You Bring:

·         Current training/certification as specified by state agency or ability to obtain required training/certification within specified timeframe

·         CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver

·         Must be able to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment

·         Able to meet physical demands of the position
