About this job

- Swinerton Renewable Energy is building three 10+ MW solar projects in Madras, OR and Bend, OR
- Will be looking for ~ 10 immediate needs to act as back fills to People Ready candidates calling out. These candidates will be people to add to their team to help with the ramp season of the project
- Candidates will be responsible for material movement, mechanical racking, module installation, and other tasks assigned by their foreman

- JOB SITE CREWS: please be aware that their is 3 job site locations that the crews will be moving between. Address are in additional info.

General Crew info that contractors could be supporting:

1. Pier Layout Crew: this crew will be working with the surveyors on site; will be helping laying piers and ensure they are coordinated with the correct pier pounding foreman - these are categorized by color.

2. Racking Crew: this crew will be working with the pier layout crew and pier pounding crew; they will be working on setting up the piers using torque wrenches and standing up the piers after the layout crew lays them out - they will be the last people that touch the piers prior to them being pounded. Looking for individuals with construction experience in the past.

3. Module Crew: this crew will be working with the large module panels; will be screwing in panels and ensure the panels are set correctly in the racking

4. Clean-Up Crew: this crew will consist of laborers and forklift operators; will be cleaning up the job site behind the module crew; once modules are opened out of the box, this crew will clean-up behind the module crew, picking up the trash, using a forklift to carry pallets, etc. AT THIS TIME HEO NEEDS ARE STABLE WITH SWINERTON, SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

5. Harness Crew: this crew will be in charge of the plugging in of the modules to ensure they are hooked up correctly, will not be doing any electrical work, just pulling wire.

6. Testing Crew: this crew will be an established Swinerton crew, but will come in at the end of the project to test all modules

- No Medical Monitoring
- No Certs or Licenses
- PPE is required - all provided by Aerotek - snake guards, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and work boots.
