Aerotek is currently hiring for a Sales Assistant for our client located in downtown.

Job Duties:

1. Provide direct support to the Sales Managers and the entire Senior Management Team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Customers to ensure that the team is able to meet its growth targets.

2. Data entry of RFQ Tracker Spreadsheet (Excel) into Microsoft Dynamics CM. Requires mid-level Excel skills.

3. Assist and lead sales projects including responding to customer Request for Proposals, Service Quotations, and cost estimates. Requires mid-level Excel skills.

4. Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports/KPIs. Requires mid-level Excel skills.

5. Complete and maintain customer portals regarding prequalification questionnaires and safety sites (such as ISNetworld, PICS, Avetta, etc.)

6. Conduct post sale follow up communications in coordination with the operations services teams, as appropriate.

7. Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
