Supplier Quality Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Aerospace Engineer Position!!

We have a client here in Lexington, KY looking for an entry-level engineer who is excited about getting into the aviation industry!

Job Description:

• Working in the supplier quality engineering department helping with the modification of small assembly parts that will be mounted on the aircraft.
• You will be reviewing CAD drawings and reading/interpreting blueprints to make sure they are correct.
• You will work with the designers and the production engineers to translate the Bill of Materials into a Purchase Order.
• Interface with the suppliers on a face to face level where you will go to them and directly buy their materials.
• You will work along-side 3 other engineers in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Some kind of Technical Degree (engineering, physics, etc.)
• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• 1 year of technical experience, including internships and co-ops
