MASTER PLUMBER - Full-time

JOB SUMMARY:

The Team Leader under direct supervision of the supervisor performs routine plumbing duties as well as leads a small crew on daily jobsites.  The position requires leadership qualities as well as thorough plumbing knowledge and experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate each morning with office staff in reference to daily schedule and workload.

Lead Crew

Operate heavy equipment (Trencher & Backhoe)

Perform manual labor

Confined space entry

Repair and/or replace sewer pumps

Drive service truck

Camera sewer lines

Any plumbing repairs in or under buildings

Read blue prints and spec sheets

Install plumbing to code including figuring

Grade and trouble shooting existing plumbing

Run sewer and water lines

TOOLS USED:

Elec. Drills & Saws                Gas Powered Cut Saws              Sewer Rodding Machine

Gas Powered Tampers            Propane Torches

QULAIFICATIONS:

License Master Plumber

Min. of 5 years experience

Valid VA drivers License

Confined Space Entry Certificate

CPR & First Aid Certification
