About this job
Our client is looking for an Administrative Clerk to hit the ground running and contribute right away. Are you able to provide a world class buying experience to clients, visitors and stakeholders for a design driven company located in the Los Angeles area?
Administrative duties may include:
- Support sales representative in sales-related activities, received client calls, generate proposals and sample requests, send samples, provided pricing and other information as requested by client
- Process orders, returns, freight claims and factory claims; follow up with clients
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, answer emails, print shipping orders
- interact with other departments to coordinate billing and shipping
- Display friendly and helpful service to clients and sales reps
- Schedules appointments, gives information to callers
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year recent and relevant Administrative Assistant experience
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Strong competency of MS Office, Outlook, CRM and be able to learn inventory management system
- Team-oriented contributor, must interface well and be eager to help others, as well as work independently
Pay: $14.00
