Inside Sales Representative - West Akron - ($10/hour + Commission)

Responsibilities

· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Become the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

· Exceed all sales goals

· Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new services

· Maintain accurate records to facilitate effective customer relationship management Qualifications

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Previous sales experience ideal but will train the right candidate

· Proven track record of success in previous role(s) with references

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Understanding of basic CRM software favorable

· Ability to work a flexible schedule

· High school diploma or equivalent, continued education a plus We Provide
