PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a driven and detailed Quality Assurance Associate. The right person for this job is highly detailed, enjoys working in a small team environment and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you answered yes, this is the position for you! This is a long-term contract assignment that has the ability to extend. The schedule is M-F 8am-5pm with some overtime as needed. Pay is $15-18 per hour DOE.

Job Duties:
  • High volume of scanning and indexing,
  • Handling physical files
  • Controlled document and record review e.g. Executed Batch Records, Calibration Certificates, Material Status Designation Files
  • Batch Record issuance
  • Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action as needed
  • Control, handling, and maintenance of electronic and paper controlled GMP documents and records during development, revision, disposition, archival, and destruction
  • Create and issue log books
  • Control receipt, scanning, and verification of records and maintain PDF back-up records
  • Support external audit activities e.g. coordination and record issuance
  • Draft, edit, and format-controlled documents as needed
  • Working in high stress environment required a very fun attitude and someone that is a team player
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Recent and relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel as well as Google Docs
  • Integrity
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet daily deadlines, and multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
  • 2 Professional References
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and oral as well as problem-solving skills

Confidentiality: This position will be handling confidential personal data and information that belongs to PrideStaff’s clients and candidates including birthdates, social security numbers, hiring fees, and confidential hiring paperwork.

Supervision: This position has supervision. The employee does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Basic Working Conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Although this position will be in an office environment, at times this position may be required to lift over 25 lbs. The employee will be required to have the ability to stoop, kneel and handle objects for filing.
