Fast paced office seeking an Office Manager with strong customer service, excellent communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Must be a strong, self- motivated and have high-energy. This position will manage overall office administration, including: Recruiting, applicant screening, and interviewing, placing, and counseling employees. Additional responsibilities for the Office Manager include evaluating office production, assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved work flow, and assisting the Manager monitoring a budget for office related items and staff. Have a willingness to meet and exceed set responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 50 - 55 wpm)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work Overtime when necessary
Three years of office management experience
Outgoing personality and team player
