About this job
Automation Personnel Service is seeking Traveling Service Technician Trainees needed ASAP for cleaning condensers and heat exchange tubes by use of a water pump system with assorted tube cleaners.
Having mechanical ability/exposure or being mechanically inclined with knowledge of using tools is preferred.
This can be anyone who has previous work experience working with tools, and/or repairing their vehicle at home.
We welcome High School graduates who have this type of knowledge and no experience.
Travel required outside of Houston, and sometimes outside of Texas.
Must be available on short notice to travel. Hotel accommodations and travel expenses will be paid for by the company. Each employee will be paid $40 per diem per day on assignment with extensive overtime.
Attend and pass a week-long safety course, paid for by the company.
Monday through Sunday, 7: 00 am 7: 00 pm. TWIC card is a plus.
Drug screen/hair folic test, GED/Diploma, and a valid driver s license are required.
$14 per hour. After 10 days, there will be a 1.00 raise - $40 daily per diem + all expenses paid
Due to the nature of our work, candidates with mechanical, field, plant experience are always a great fit. In essence, we are looking for candidates who love to work in the field, do not mind getting dirty and want to grow a career with us.
