Job Description:

The Business Analysis Manager (BAM) will be responsible for providing insightful and actionable analysis and delivering exceptional support to the Customer Service (CS) team.  The BAM will work closely with stakeholders in CS planning, strategy and operations to achieve financial goals while always seeking opportunities drive incremental value.

Responsibilities:

Operationalize cost savings and initiatives for the team
Analyze large data-sets from multiple sources
Create business cases for new initiatives and conduct post-mortem performance analysis
Effectively communicate and collaborate across teams 
Support other important initiatives as needed and ad-hoc requests


Qualifications:

5 years of progressive experience in financial and operational analysis
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Proven experience with financial modeling and business case development
A talent for multi-tasking, prioritizing objectives, and meeting deadlines

Desired
  • Telecommunication experience preferred

Education
Minimum Required
  • Bachelor's Degree. Quantitative concentration
  • MBA preferred


Minimum Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED. Pre-employment background screen.
