Job Description:

The Facilities Coordinator supports the Facilities Manager in the onsite management of the property(ies). Property may consist of office buildings or a call center with various lease types. The position will provide hands on support by implementing process improvements and addressing day-to-day customer needs. The facilities coordinator maintains the productive and efficient operation of the physical job site through hospitality and quality workmanship within a given budget.

Responsibilities:

Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Executes daily request for work completion
Implements moves, adds, furniture changes for realignments and ergonomic equipment.
Provides set up/tear down meeting room/special events support
Supervises janitorial staff and conducts janitorial inspections.
Active member of the Call Center Safety Committee, e.g. safety inspections, MSDS maintenance
Performs administrative duties to support Facility Manager and oversees mailroom and shipping activity
Provides limited handyman services (repairs and maintenance of the facility to include critical equipment) and oversees and/or assists in vendors management
Source, purchase and maintain inventory levels for office, janitorial and facility supplies
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum required

Excellent customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Proven experience in building strong relationships, effective communication, and results-driven teamwork
Software proficiency including MS Word and Excel

Desired

Experience working in call center facilities
Handyman skills and experience working with HVAC or other mechanical systems
Experience working with systems furniture

Education
High School Diploma/GED

License or certification
IFMA or BOMA, CPM preferred

Travel requirements
5% domestic, overnight travel for meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
