Care Needed For Three Year Old Little Boy

We are a military family who has recently moved to the area with out 3-year-old son. We are also expecting a second little boy arriving this June! We are looking for someone who can watch our son for doctors appointments during the day as well as for the occasional date nights. Its also very important to us to have someone who will be in the area for at least a year and who would be willing to help out last minute when put little one decides to make his entrance (out closest family is 9 hours away).
