Star Management is an established leader in the Manufactured Housing Industry. We operate thousands of homesites with locations in California plus 4 western states, and Maryland. With over 50 years of stability and experience, we are looking for energetic individuals to join our growing team. We have an immediate opening for a Document Processor to work in our corporate office in Santa Ana, CA.


Document Processor - Qualifications
:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working in an office with an AA degree, minimum. Candidate will rely heavily on administrative and organizational skills to process Rental Applications and generate Rental Agreements or Leases for each of the properties.

This is a fast-paced position that requires the candidate to process a heavy volume of Rental Applications from approximately 15 locations; dependability and reliability is a must. Candidate must be organized, motivated, detailed, pro-active, due-date oriented, and be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision while being a part of a team. Computer skills should be of the intermediate to advanced level.


Document Processor - General Duties, including but not limited to:

  • Receive and log-in Residency Applications
  • Run and analyze credit reports
  • Verify Rental Applications: income, employment, residence history
  • Generate various form letter communications to buyers, sellers and brokers
  • Generate Rental Agreement and Lease Agreements
  • Monitor escrow closings
  • Perform analysis for exceptions for review with supervisor
  • Create new resident files (paper and electronic)

Document Processor - Education – Experience:

  • AA Degree minimum
  • One year of general administrative office experience minimum
  • Property Management or Residential Leasing experience preferred
  • Mobile home park experience, preferred but not required
