Responsibilities
- Greet and quickly seat customers with exceptional customer service
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and specials
- Answer phones, take reservations, and support other areas of the restaurant as requested
Qualifications
- Have a passion and strong commitment to hospitality
- Minimum one year working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service position
- Possess a positive, energetic, "can-do" attitude and spirit
- Have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Be able to effectively communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- OpenTable experience is a plus
