About this job
We have several openings for a position as a Security Officer in Elizabeth City, NC.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior security, law-enforcement, and/or military experience strongly preferred.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide employee escorts in parking, and various areas
- Monitor cameras and answer phones
- Conduct thorough security patrols and report any suspicious activities
- Check ID, refuse entry when necessary
You will need:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to fluently communicate both in writing and verbally
- The capability of performing interior and exterior patrols
- Possess strong customer service skills
