Part Time Security Officer

We have several openings for a position as a Security Officer in Hampton & Newport News, VA.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior security, law-enforcement, and/or military experience strongly preferred.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Provide employee escorts in parking, and various areas
• Monitor cameras and answer phones
• Conduct thorough security patrols and report any suspicious activities
• Check ID, refuse entry when necessary

You will need:

• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to fluently communicate both in writing and verbally
• The capability of performing interior and exterior patrols
• Possess strong customer service skills
