Sr Admin Workers’ Compensation

 

The Sr Admin Workers’ Compensation is mid-level professional responsible for coordinating and managing workers compensation claims on a multi-jurisdictional basis. The associate will be responsible for managing incident investigations, acquiring ‘return-to-work’ documentation, coordinating modified-duty strategies, and assisting in conducting routine evaluations of the workers’ compensation management program from intake thru closure. This role is also responsible for leave administration and or leave coordination services, as it relates to workers compensation, and maintaining OSHA 300 recordable information. Uses knowledge and expertise working in conjunction with insurance carrier a/ TPA to assist in mitigating cost associated with Workers’ Compensation and bringing claims to closure.
