Supervisor Strategic Sourcing

The Supervisor Strategic Sourcing will spearhead national contract negotiations, implementation, and savings documentation for all areas of indirect spend for the company. Responsible for interacting with all levels of the company’s organizational structure in managing the company’s indirect expenses. Partners internally and with outside vendors and oversees the work of third party outsourced personnel to ensure all necessary duties are completed.

This role researches & identifies potential sources of supply, negotiates prices and contracts with vendors, and conducts general cost analysis from concept to sale. The role is responsible for spending efficiency and provides general pricing leadership, always searching for optimum value for goods and services and giving due consideration to Price, Quality, Logistics, Innovation and Risk

Ideal candidate has strong strategic sourcing/procurement experience, excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven experience in sourcing indirect spend categories.  The candidate must be a self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently, navigate ambiguity, collaborate with multiple departments, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to drive results.
