Studio Operations Director

 

The Studio Operations Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our new integrated Studio. S/he will lead and shape a growing team of both Production and Graphic Artists, while also playing an active role in producing mechanicals. S/he while also overseeing process & policy adherence and consistencies across all IN offices.

The Studio Operations Manager will manage the enitre Production Team, including building hi-res mechanical art files to be released OTV (out to vendor); high-res image retouching; and organizing & archiving client digital assets. This role also includes managing incoming workflow, as well as estimating timelines, budgets and any contractor needs for the team.

In addition, the Studio Operations Manager will be able to identify and develop Graphic Artists into design resources to support the Creative Department. In partnership with the Creative Department, s/he will also be responsible hands-on in executing the new vision of the Studio Department into a hub for content generation. This will include the future development Video, Photography and 3D capabilities for the Studio.
