Rental Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Wilson Equipment Company is looking for a Rental Sales Representative for the Louisville, KY area.   Wilson represents top quality brands such as Case Construction, Bomag, and Atlas Copco.  The rental sales representative will focus on growing the rental of excavators, crawler dozers, backhoes, compact track loaders, wheel loaders, skid steers, telehandlers and related equipment.   This is an outside sales position with a customer base primarily consisting of Contractors, Utilities, Governmental agencies and Industrial organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and build relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned geographic territory
• Locate new prospects and new business
• Present to prospects the benefits of our company and our equipment
• Meet and/or exceed assigned rental sales goals
• Document calls made to customers utilizing the company’s CRM
• Verify equipment is delivered on time and as ordered
• Work closely with credit and rental managers
• Advise management of all changes in territory which can affect the company
• Conduct all business transactions in an ethical manner
• Perform other duties as requested by manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years in outside sales
• Four year college degree in Business/Marketing preferred but not required
• Ability to set and keep priorities and professionally handle the stress associated with a fast pace industry and time frames
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self motivated and a driven individual
• Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficient
