Job Description

Job Title: Pricing Coordinator

Non-exempt

Job Description:
• Process “Meet the competitive bid” contracts and rebates from account managers into the Model N Pricing System
• Implement direct quotes from sales representatives into Model N Pricing System
• Provide information on pricing to Customer Service and Finance
• Update Pricing System with new products, deleted products and product changes including annual price variations and update of the Pricing Lists
• Prepare cover letters and pricing information for customers and distributors
• Monitor corporate pricing and rebate initiatives
• Maintain the Pricing account files
• Maintenance of all Price Lists
• Knowledgeable in Excel (i.e pivot tables and v-lookups)
• Make sure rebates are processed accurately and in a timely manner

• Organized; able to prioritize tasks
• Able to function independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• PC skills (Excel, Word, Exchange, Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Access)
• Good Analytic skills
• The ability to take a large volumes of data and then analyze trends and define and produce a result
• The ability to analyze data from the information collected, and provide a solution to a specific problem
• The ability to analyze and solve complex problems

Manager MUST Haves:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Limit experience to 2-5 years only in finance or accounting preferred
Knowledgeable in Excel (i.e pivot tables and v-lookups)

Manager Expectations:
Resumes will be shortlisted on a rolling basis
Week of March 5th Hiring Manager will be traveling on business and unavailable
Interviews will be scheduled the following week at the earliest
