Job Description
One of the world's largest freight forwarding companies is looking for a Customer Counter Associate to join their team!
Job Description:
The customer counter associate works to ensure customer oriented service to all customers. The associate may be expected to greeting customers, inspecting shipments, and other general support responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers both internal and external
- Cash handling
- Inspecting shipments
- Assist customers with shipping purchases
Requirements:
- Cash handling experience
- Customer Service experience
- Must be flexible with hours.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Additional Information:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-8:15pm (May have to work on Saturdays 9:00am-1:30pm, with one day off during the week)
Duration: Up to 12 Mo.
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay Rate: DOE
