Job Description
We are seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for working with the management team to assist in task work, optimizing customer service, and coaching our staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Light to moderate task work including sale pricing, changes in display, and shipment.
- Pay attention to payroll and dedicate time to maintaining payroll hours
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
