We are an independent high-end Men's and Women's Fashion Luxury boutique. Unlike most corporate sales positions, our Sales Associates (or "Professional Stylists") and Sales Managers care about fashion, are motivated, hungry and competitive, looking to exceed and take advantage of their sales and commission potential, career-minded and looking to grow with the company.

We are looking to hire for one of our three stores which are Soho Miami, Red Zebra and Valiant Paris.

Job Description

  • Creates a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
  • Is knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise
  • Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments
  • Actively creates a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
  • Works to develop long term customer relationships
  • Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell merchandise to store customers in accordance with Company operational standards, policies and procedures
  • Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
  • Provide respectful, attentive service to the guests throughout the store.
  • Prepare merchandise for selling floor presentation maintaining brand integrity in all areas of visual displays
  • Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates and customers
  • Perform additional job duties/responsibilities as assigned
  • Actively creates a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years’ work experience in retail sales with background in Luxury Boutique
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated and results driven
  • Experience with creation and implementation of sales and business strategy
  • Must possess a positive, professional and energetic attitude, a passion for customer service, selling, operational excellence and talent management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts on days, nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business (6 days a week)
  • Great sense of personal style
  • Interest in growing with the company long-term
