Job DescriptionCandidate will safely operate motor graders, with skill and proficiency. Will enforce all safety and health rules. Inspects equipment, monitors and maintains fluid/lubricant levels and contacts the shop for repairs and assists mechanic when possible. Will manage a crew of Laborers, including the interviewing, hiring, training, and directing the work of the crew. This will also include recommending and implementing disciplinary actions.
