Home Health Aide Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

General Responsibilities: The shift supervisor is responsible for the general oversight of resident activities and well being throughout their shift. As pertinent, the supervisor is required to oversee aides activities during meal times, medication passes and throughout the night. The supervisor must address all resident issues including medical referrals and admissions, and communicate via documentation any concerns that need to be addressed to Case Management, The ALP Nurse and Administrator.
