About this job
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is primarily responsible for the detailed and accurate processing of invoices, matching of purchase orders, and working closely with the accounting team in calculating month end accruals. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager in Phoenix. What you will do: Process invoices in Workday using 2-way PO matching, and reviewing for proper documentation Verify invoice payment terms, approvals, and valid general ledger coding, prior to processingProcess ch
