- Lead the development and effective use of BPM best practices especially in overall process design for forecasting and staff planning. - Support integration of BPM principles in strategic initiatives at all levels. - Direct the use and understanding of modern process description standards such as BPMN and XPDL. - Lead and oversee the use of simulation and optimization technologies and tools for both process design and ongoing operational decision support especially in the area of staffing optimization. - Develop a vision for overall Business Analytics solution architecture and specification of technologies based on both company and internal client business
