Permanent position: Direct-hire opportunity for a PROCESS ENGINEER at a leading chemical manufacturer in Augusta, GA. This position is responsible to design and implement technical improvement or new technology to improve the plant chemical processes. Candidates must have a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering and at least five (5) years of in process design within a manufacturing, oil and gas, or chemical manufacturing environment. Responsibilities for the Process Engineer• Assisting manufacturing facilities to improve the current performance of the manufacturing processes. • Act as a bridge between R&D and Manufacturing with basic understanding of the chemistry and vision of industrialization
