Randstad is seeking a experienced customer service representative to work in Dispatch to support one of our top clients in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate would be someone with exceptional customer service skills and have an excellent work ethic. Typical duties include but are not limited to the following: * Calling on new customers; sales leads list * Owner Operator experience * Intermodal experience * Dispatch trucks/ drivers list/ dispatch orders * Review work orders & enter into web application * Review and update yard reports * Have an understanding of "pre-dispatching" Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
