About this job

Actively seeking an administrative assistant professional! Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar experience. The candidate must be able to manage priorities and handle direction from multiple individuals who have specific, but equally, important functions and responsibilities. In addition, the ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on SAP, Outlook, and Excel. The ideal candidate will have experience with project coordination, office management, scheduling, travel and expense, preparation of spreadsheets, and calender management. Depending on experience and education, salary is negotiable.
