We are currently putting together a team of reliable, hardworking people for a few solar Projects in the area! The first job will be in Wasco OR.

Job Requirements: 

• Reliable transportation to commute to and from job site daily
• Ability to work in all weather conditions outside; Sun(heat), Rain, Snow(cold)
• Ability to perform manual labor task as instructed to include but not limited to; digging, measuring, bolting and assisting with assembly of solar modules
• Physically able to perform safe repetitive heavy lifting
• Walking, standing and moving all day 
• Ability to work in a production paced environment 
• Pass a Drug screen, including THC

•Pass a 7 year background check
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Ready and willingness to work hard and show up on time every day, Mandatory 40 hours a week 
• Solar experience preferred, but not required. We will train hard working candidates!

Job Details:

• All employees are offered health insurance starting after 2 weeks of work
• Weekly pay
• Full time hours working, Possible Overtime
• $16.00 per hour for solar laborers/installers.

         ·            Certified Heavy Equipment Operators > $19 per hour

         ·            Post Machine Operators > $22 per hour
