About this job
We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled food and beverage manager. We are looking for someone to take an already established fine dining destination and move it to a cutting edge one that doesn’t necessarily fit into any one culinary classification. We want it to be a lunch destination that people feel like they are getting a taste of a hip big city restaurant, without breaking the bank. In other words, bring our successful but too established restaurant to a new level.
The opportunities are practically endless; there is lots of room for advancement in a growing company. This assignment will require you to relocate to Davenport, IA for at least 2 years. This assignment if you’re successful, will be very rewarding, and give you many other opportunities in our company.
We need a self-starter, with experience, who wants a challenge in a company that will support their decisions.
You must have experience in the hospitality field and cooking experience would be beneficial. This is not a position for the lazy.

Duties
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
