Dura Supreme Cabinetry, a sixty plus year-old brand of built-to-order, upscale residential kitchen and bath cabinetry, needs a Vice President of Sales to manage its independent rep organizations selling our products to designers and dealers throughout the United States from our Minnesota-based headquarters.
Experience selling residential building products to independently-owned, local design-build businesses and managing front-line sales rep organizations will be essential requirements of this position.
Duties include;
Reviewing and refining our sales strategy
Establishing sales targets for individual sales reps (15) and dealers (600)
Making decisions that grow margin and market share
Negotiating sales agreements with customers
Keeping abreast of construction and cabinet market trends
Adjusting sales reps and dealer outlets, as required to achieve sales targets
Success in this position will allow our business to continue to expand and grow our market share in the higher-quality and better-service product niche. Interested candidates will have demonstrated management experience and the ability to consistently grow sales in a similar market/industry.
50% travel is expected.
