Bar Louie Sugar Land is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and smiling personality that has the work ethic and organization to be the Front of the House Manager/events coordinator for our establishment.
Experience in a high traffic, busy, entertanment, bar, restaurant is preffered. FOH Manager will be in charge of a great server staff of 40 people.

They deliver quality-focused results in operational excellence, building talented teams, providing best in class customer service, P&L management, strategic planning and brand positioning. They are effective analyst, problem-solvers and excellent communicators who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is developing 5 Bar Louie sites in the Houston and surrounding areas over the next 3-5 years. We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations or high performing multi-unit GM who would like to join our team and overtime grow into a Vice President of Operations.
