The Fine Grind, an independent coffee bar, is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, solution-oriented and have leadership skills.
General Requirements:
· Be willing and excited to work in an often-fast paced environment.
· Contribute to a positive team environment with constant communication and a focus on creating solutions.
· Be willing to work 4-5 shifts a week with flexible availability. Weekend availability is a must.
· Be punctual, dependable and have reliable transportation.
· A food service or customer service background is a plus. Management and Barista experience is an extra plus!
· Ability to be responsible and work without supervision to determine and fulfill the needs of the business.

Job Responsibilities:
· Develop a knowledge of espresso, coffee, and tea preparation
· Be able to multi-task by engaging customers while making drinks and ringing up sales.
· Be able to work quickly preparing coffee and other beverage items while maintaining quality and presentation standards and supporting brand consistency.
· Restock and maintain a clean workspace.
· Serve customers with a cheerful and helpful attitude and creating a warm, welcoming, friendly environment.
· Deliver exceptional customer service while making menu suggestions, answering questions, seating customers, taking orders, delivering food and drink, etc.
