About this job
It is the primary responsibility of the Kitchen Worker is to perform a variety of janitorial duties and maintains cleanliness of assigned areas. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
- Receives soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, placing items according to size and likeness on automatic dishwashing conveyor belt.
- Removes washed dinnerware, flatware, and glassware from automatic dishwasher and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use.
- Returns items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
- Scrubs walls and trashcans.
- Picks up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
- Cleans floor mats.
- Performs all other duties as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
