$30-$34k to start, depending on exper, + commission after evaluation period ($12.00 – 15.00 initial trainee wage if little/no experience, + commission).
Hoover, AL. BCBS medical & dental; earned time off.
You’re a Great Candidate if You Have the Following:
- 4 yr. college degree, OR 7-10 years’ experience in related position
- Transportation/freight experience a plus
- Strong & natural sales, phone skills
- McCloud software – experience preferred
- Windows-based experience required
- Must be HUNGRY – a self-starter who thrives on performance and results
- Outgoing personality – able to engage customers in conversation
- Ability to work well w/ team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating rates w/ customers
- Building transportation carrier base
- Moving freight for the customers
- Will be in on-call rotation after initial evaluation period
