Sheet Metal Punch Press, Press Brake and Laser Operators and Welders Needed

1st Shift (7AM to 3PM) and 2nd shift (3PM to 11PM)

Seguin, Texas

$12-$14 per hour DOE > temp to hire

Training provided> No Sheet Metal experience needed!

ISO knowledgeable and 5S and lean manufacturing a plus!

Daily Duties:
  • Learn to use computers to edit programs and clock into jobs
  • Setting up of equipment to produce parts
  • Learn how to interpret customers prints
  • Measure parts to ensure ensure quality
  • Minor repairs to equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement of department
  • Grinding and part finishing
  • Quality inspection
Requirements:
  • Dependable, Ready to Learn new Skills
  • Good Math Skills
  • Will learn to set up tooling requirements
  • Will learn to read blue prints and working drawing
  • Will learn to use measuring equipment efficiently ( calipers, height gage, and protractors)
  • Quick learner
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Spend shift on feet ( 3 hours at a time)
