Nanny For A 1 Year Old

I am looking for childcare M-F 830-5. This will involve caring for the full needs of my child during these hours, including feeding, changing, dressing and supporting her cognitive and developmental needs. I also require someone to do laundry, empty/load dishwasher, wash bottles, prepare bottles or food for child. I have a housekeeper so cleaning of the house aside from making the beds and picking up is all that is required. I need reliability and flexibility. I am a very busy working professional- I have some evening meetings or would like a date night with my husband occasionally. I am also looking for a long term person for at least 5 years. I plan to have another child next year.
